Default rear wheel rubbing...

I got a set of ASA by BBS wheel and Yokahama AVS ES100. The size are 16x7.5 100x4 bolt pattern +30mm offset and 205/45/16 respectively. My rear wheels are rubbing against the fenderwall lip for some reason. Is my offset wrong? Does it mean that the higher the offset the inner the wheel goes ? I sat on top of my hatch the car sag down about 1.5-2". Is this a normal drop? I got a 94 integra with stock struts and spring. Thank you for the input.
