Default re-use bearings?

I'm putting together a gsr motor that had 45k miles on it when before i started the build... long story short it was sitting around for 2yrs then decided to bring her back to life. I recently got the block honed and i was wondering if i NEED to use NEW main bearings, there is no damage to them and i don't want to replace them if i don't have to. However, i will be replacing the rod bearings because there is a light scratch in one of them.

can someone point me in the right direction?

do i need to worry about clearance if i re-use the bearings.

I also for got what bearing came from where can i put them where ever or do they have a specific place they each need to go?

if your going to re-use the bearings, they are color coded and they need to stay in the journal they came from along with their matching half.

i would still check clearances, oem is not optimal sometimes..
