RC Injector sealing problem
Im basically done my turbo install but there is one problem I am running into but cant figure out. I know most people had problems with their o-ring not fitting making the injector not sit correctly into the IM but my problem is that gas is pissing out where the injectors are in the fuel rail. I am using oem gromets and the insulator/rubbing thing on the top of the injector. It seems like my injector clip (pheable obd1 to obd2 conversion harness) is pushing on the insulator making it not seal correctly. I need honda-tech's help. I have tried 2 different fuel rails now and still the same shiz is happening.
Thanks,
Les

look at the o rings on the top of the injector they are probably cut or used. those orings are almost disposable as in one time use only. Try a slightly emphasis on slightly thicker upper o ring

It seems like the injector clip is pushing on the seal making a space for the fuel to spray out of. Any idea here. I will get a picture of what I mean by tomorrow.
ok out of this picture what seals am I supposed to be using for the top.

the o-ring is to small you can use orings for A/C they are ticker and still fuel resistant. remember to spit on the ring to push into the rail. if not it will roll and not sit right

Update: I used brand new OEM o-rings and there are no more leaks. It was a bit tough to get the ring inside the fuel rail properly so I put 2 smaller o-rings on the injector before the OEM one so the OEM o-ring wouldnt shift around and it slid into the fuel rail with ease.
So for anyone else that has this problem make sure to use smaller o-rings before the OEM one in order to put equal pressure on the OEM o-ring going into the rail. Dont forget some grease on the outside.
Thanks Honda-Tech.

Thats not too smart, adding unnecessary o-rings might cause problems with the actual O-ring. I'd keep it like it is. I know its hard to get in and its supposed to be, some lube helps.
