ok, i have a leak coming from one of my injectors, by the fuel rail. I replaced all the 0-rings on top of the injectors going into the fuel rail, but it still leaks. I dunno what to do now...

Re: injector leaking! Help... (b00sted4dr)
where is it leaking from? Is the top of the injector cracked?
Are you sure you have the fuel rail all the way on? And is the oring all the way in the rail. I did not have my rail bolted down all the way and it lifted from the injector and half of the oring was sticking out where I could not see it but it was pissing gas like a ****. Check that out

Re: injector leaking! Help... (underpressure02)
I had a similar problem when I first installed my DSM 450cc injectors...
One of them was leaking gas all over the place and I couldn't figure out why... I checked the seals, fuel rail, etc... but couldn't find it...
Then I unhooked the clip and it was filled with gas! It was an internal problem... maybe a crack or something? I dunno... all I know is I replaced it with another and it works fine now. No more leaks.
You have to take into account that sometimes we buy old DSM injectors (at least I did) that have been around for a bit, maybe even through an accident or two... who knows... it's entirely possible for some of them to have problems.
I would just replace it with another and call it a day.
