Default Razo octance booster

Has anyone ever tried this?
Does any of these things work?

these are fairly cheap to mess around with
5-8 bucks a can for a tank of gas

i know NOS, Shogun now Razo makes these
octane boosters, which raise 1-3 points of octane
they work, but i'd only use it for forced induction and hi compression cars
not much use if your car is stock.

razo makes shift *****, pedals, lights and a fuel additive?
does that go together? i'd stick with another brand
