Default Raising an LS redline

Let me know what you guys think about this, it works in my head with only one small problem. Here what I plan on adding to my motor:

Z10 block girdle with the appropriate GS-R parts ~$350
Crower springs/retainers ~$300

What do you guys think my new safe redline will be? 7500~8000? Aside from piston squirters, this would be as good as a GS-R motors setup.

Now that problem that crops up is engine balance. Would occasional 8K romps be ok? I am boosted so don't worry about cam profile......

I noticed in your sig that you don't have cams or headwork. Without that stuff revving it 8k would be useless. Anyhow, with stiffer valve springs you should feel safe revving it to 8k.

Id say if anything just try and get the rotating mass light. rods and pistons and valvetrain..that will make up for the small difference in rod ratios
