Apply power to each fan individuallly to see if they even work, then go from there.
If your car is drinking coolant you either have a huge leak or faulty head gasket.

damn i hope its not the headgasket ive had to rip apart the top end like 3 times in the past couple of months.
the fan spins if i move it with my hand.. what could it be?

lol, apply 12v to each fan to see if they work , get yourself 2 pieces of wire, run them from the + and - terminal to the 2 pins in the 2prong fan connector .
