rad help

put in a new rad today and when i was filling it nothing would go into the motor i it started and it seemed like it as going thourgh but nothing is going in to the over flow what is wrong

did u bleed the system of air when u did it. look for the bleeding screw in the system. sounds as thought you have air in it.
