Default Race exhaust on OBDII car - code question

Anyone one out there with a OBDII car, with only one O2 sensor at the header? JDM header going into a Dynomax Bullet going to a turn down just behind the Bullet.

Anyone see any problems with this? Will computer just throw a code and not harm anything else?

You can wrap the rear 02 in a combinatin of foil, electrical tape and a zip lock bag. The idea is to keep the rear one clean, dry and warm. If you can do that, the ECU will not throw a code. I had this on my 1997 ITR, only had to redo it a couple times from January 1998 to August 2001.
