Default help, throwing code 58 or 67

I tuned my car a week ago and a couple days after while i'm driving and everything is fine, the car would bog/stutter one time and throw a code which i could have swore was a 68 but then i looked at the list of codes and it can't be because there is no 68. so it is either 58 or 67. if it throws the code and i turn my car off and on, the code is gone but the car will eventually bog/stutter one time and throw the code again. i'm not a running a cat and have no secondary o2 sensor. it is just a straight pipe from my header back to the muffler. my primary o2 is on the header. i'm leaning towards #58 because i don't think #67 would cause my car to bog/stutter. where is the tdc sensor #2 located anyways? so which code do you think it is?

58 - TDC Sensor 2 (Top Dead Center) or 67 - Catalyst system Efficiency Below Threshold

please help, i'm afraid to drive my car because i'm paranoid that bad things will happen.

gsr motor:
usdm itr pistons
itr cams
hytech knockoff header
skunk2 intake manifold
70mm bbk tb
jdm itr 3'' intake
arp headstuds
made 184whp and 130wtq sae corrected tuned on crome

OBD II, huh? They can both cause you to stutter, because you're now in limp mode. TDC sensor is in the dizzy. It's very easy to tell which code it is. I know it may seem like I'm talking down to you, but the long blips are 10 and short are 1.

i think my motor is obd1. when it does stutter, is it harming my motor in anyway? hmm.. i did have an exhaust leak right before my car started throwin these codes because one of the bolts that connected my header to piping became loose, could this mean anything?

OBD I only has one O2 sensor. Your code is from you not having a catalytic converter. The ECU is seeing a cat that's not working properly. It could be accentuated from your exhaust leak, but you should put a cat on there if you want it to run without throwing codes everytime you drive.

i drove 20,000 miles before having this problem already and i have ran open header before if that means anything without throwing any codes.
