Default Quick question with Rod Bearings / LS & b16

Searched around, they both have different part numbers, plus some other differences.

But is it possible to use bearings from the Civic si that came with a b16 on an LS engine?

I know what color code bearing I need, and it's only for one rod,
It's just that I can get the bearing from a Honda dealer sooner then an Acura dealer,
just because the Honda dealer is local, but they also act as Acura is foreign to them,
so they wouldn't know anything on this subject matter with switching parts around.

Summing it up, can you use b16 rod bearings on a LS connecting Rod.
