Default Quick (Factual) Final Drive Question

A final drive of 4.7 will have better acceleration than that of a final drive of 4.2 (keeping all else constant). In having better acelleration (4.7 FD), the gears will last a shorter time (seconds) and reach a lower mph.

Yeah? Neah?

ps. will a FD affect the redline any?

if yo uhave a 4.2fd then it suggest you have an ls tranny. look into a gsr or si 2-3-4 gears before you do a jdm fd
