Default Quick brake job questions

I'm getting ready to do a front brake job for the first time on my 1994 del Sol Si (Akebono calipers) and I was hoping someone might be able to answer a couple of questions. I'm trying to get all of the tools and supplies ready in advance, but I live in an apartment and can't check this stuff out myself...

1) What size plastic tubing do I need for bleeding the lines? Or can I just go to Pep Boys and ask for tubing for bleeding brakes?

2) The service manual shows caliper bracket mounting bolts, 12 x 1.25 mm, that need to be torqued to 80 lb-ft. I'm guessing I'll need a new socket for these guys. Anyone know what size? Anyone know of regular or deep is easier?

Thanks!

Thanks. Looks like a 17mm socket is in order.
