I also wanted to know what the difference was of getting a complete suspension kit like a tein complete suspension kit or coil-overs & shocks...

When you say bounces do you mean it rides rough? if it rides rough try adjusting the KYBs to a softer setting. If it bounces after you hit a bump then your shocks are done.

You have coil-overs, the rides gonna be somewhat rough no matter what

is there any limit on riding in worn shocks? I can tolerate the bouncing, but don't have the money to replace them now or any time in the future...

i dont know exactly how long they will last... my car is lowered 2inches and my shocks are going and have been for about 3 weeks now.. im saving up for some KYBs.. if your car is lowered they will wear out faster.

It could also be bouncy if you tried to slam it, but didn't cut the bump stops to the proper length. I did that in my '91 Rex. Rode like crap because there is a VERY high compression rate. Don't cut 'em too short either, because then your upper A-Arms will hit the shock towers.
