is 300+ cfm @ .490 lift on a Superflow 'flow' bench respectable (intake side)

Does your cam give you .490 lift? I doubt it.

it is only around 12 mm so why couldnt his cam give that much lift. is he stock.

300+cfm is serious intake for a manifolded 4cyl setup no doubt... sounds like a custom cam/manifold/TB and head porting job to me... over 13mms of lift...
woah thats huge on B series...

...um ..Toda spec b cams com is a 12mm lift <~~not stock
and ...300 cfm is per intake port on the head
i am flowing the intake manifold tommorrow

Who does the high end head work ...what kinda numbers are they getting

PYR in houston is a BIG honda/acura race shop. I hear good things, I dont know
what #s they are getting.
