i have an ls block with type r pistons not vtech head just regular head can i run a turbo considering the pistons were made for 200 hp and im only puting out maybe 120hp

 

its spelled vtec not vtech or vtack
so you have a ls motor in your car with itr pistons?

with turbo you can run it on stock internals if you want but i wouldnt recommend doing it if you dont plan on rebuilding the motor in the next few weeks. if your looking to slap on turbo just do it right and rebuild the motor that way you wont have to worry
