What Should I Do ?????
Whats up i am going LS Turbo in my hatch...but i have some questions...What Pistons and size should i put in my LS Motor??? and would it be reliable to just change my pistons and put a Turbo on?? or will my motor blow up in no time....im a noob when it comes to turbo, but i just got into the turbo scene ,and i want turbo... nothing sick...but i kno when i put a turbo on my LS Motor its going to feel real good...the reason why i asked about the pistons is because i read on here alot of people have Turbo on their stock LS Motors but i want to know how reliable is it??? Thanks Honda-Tech's Forced Induction
What Pistons and size should i put in my LS Motor?
Would it be reliable to just change the pistons and put a turbo on?

Re: What Should I Do ????? (The Hulk)
if want to have a little extra insurance on your side, slap some rods and pistons in there and u'll be ok.... like u said u dont want get ridiclous with the setup so that probably rules sleeves out....
stock ls motor with good tuning and nothing over 11 lbs (pushin it ) should be jsut fine for what ur looking for.... as far as size u plan to bore it out u might as well get some rods and pistons... if not stick with stock bore if there is no need to bore it out...
remember, it jsut money, how much do u want to spend?!?!?!?!
hope i helped u some thanks...

Well I would suggest 81mm JE pistons or even CP's 9:1 or 10... If u are going to replace the pistons you mind as well do the rods (Crower, Eagle ect) or even get the block sleeved... Its all up to you and it all comes down to how much money you have

doing pistons and rods will help your bottom end alot, but honestly it has alot to do with how good you get it tuned and how you drive your car. will it be daily driven?
