Default first turbo build some help

ok i just bought a ls bottom end i was planning on going turbo on my rex just wondering wat u guys think should i buy low comp pistons or just stick to the stock ones i'm not planning on boosting alot no more than 9 pounds if that well let me know

What head? Staying non vtec or going with a vtec head? What size turbo? How are you tuning it?

Remember boost doesnt kill motors, detonation kills motors! Its all in the tune man. Also remember that a .48ar turbo wont make the same amount of power as a .82ar turbo at the same psi levels

if you got the motor apart already you might as well throw in some aftermarket rods and pistons in there
