Default Question about a stock LSD!! Please Look

My tranny on my b16a is supposed to have an LSD. (not sure if it does) Is there any way I can tell with the axles out? And my 2nd question is, are there different axles when using a tranny with an LSD? Or do any b16a axles work?

You don't need special axles, and you are going to have to pull them out to find out if you have an LSD or not.

You need to take out the axles. Then look into it if you can see through it you have an lsd, If you see a bar inside the hole you dont have one.

I really hate suggesting it, but could you test subjectively buy doing a burnout?

I believe someone covered whether or not the spinning one wheel backwards thing works...

if u jack the ft wheels off the ground and spin the wheels, they should spin the same way if u got the lsd, if they spin oppisite ... (if trannys engaged) or not at all, then u dun got a lsd

Unfortunately that only works with a clutch type lsd. The gear type that Honda uses along with the Quaife will act like an open one when jacked up.
