Question about a P72/Hondata
The car is a 2000 Prelude.
I'm thinking about going the Hondata S200 route and have a couple of questions...
1. If I use a P72 (OBD1 GSR) ECU will check engine lights still fire when there is a problem? (I can only assume I'll never get a CEL in relation to the secondary O2 sensor right?)
2. Do I have to use peak and hold injectors if I use this ECU?
3. Besides the obvious sticker on the side of the P72 is there any dead giveaway that it's a genuine P72 once I open it up?

Re: Question about a P72/Hondata (Joon525)
There will be no CELs for secondary O2 sensor or heater circuit.
Saturated injectors(high impedance)
I've seen pix of the connectors for ECUs floating around(Hondata's site maybe?), I think If it says P72 on it and has OBDI plugs you're probably pretty safe assuming it is what it is supposed to be.
