It actually could be a variety of things. You could have too hard of suspension on the front, you may need a LSD, your tyres may be ****.... just a few to start

tires are good, stock itr suspension with skunkworks coilovers, and the itr already has a lsd. any other ideas?

yes, its called wheel hop, and with a front wheel drive car you will have this when the tires are fighting for traction. chances are the tires contribute to this, but it happens to everyone who drives there car hard.

the Skunk springs may have been overdemanding your shocks, theshocks might be bad by now... how many miles on the coilover springs?

otherwise it could be suspension bushings too....

Try the Z10's, they work wonders on wheel hop.

z10 radius rods, they reinforce the lower control arms lending more support to your suspension.

some interesting threads have taken place over the effectiveness of z10 rods...

try searching for one within the last few months...as the former designer of z10 rods posted several long paragraphs highlighting the problems he saw with their design.

Your rubber motor mounts may be wearing out, which is not likely since your car has low mileage. Maybe you should try polyurethane motor mounts.

Okay good suspension, Z10 traction bar, and Prothane motor mount inserts. That is about all you can do.. hehe...
