LsD problem
when i ordered my motor i had not specified that i wanted lsd or not... so my motor comes and to find out i have lsd. So about 2 months before my car was ay performance muffler shop and my friend says spin your right wheel so i did and the passesnger spun the opposite direction. Now i was doin my oil and was ****** around with it and spun the wheel and nothing happened, is my lsd fucked up please someone help.
LSD's just don't stop working. They break. If you broke it, you would know without a doubt.
Also, I am pretty sure that the car needs to be in gear if you spin the wheel. Not sure though, someone correct me if I am wrong here.
Cheers,
Sean

put the car in gear and spin the wheel while the car os off of the ground
you may have to take the spark plugs out to make th spinning easier
but when you spin one wheel while it is in gear the other should spin the same direction also

your motor doesn't have LSD, the tranny does....if you pull the axles, look through the tranny, if you see a bar blocking the other side, it's not a LSD, if you can see straight through, it's LSD equipped

Due to the design of a helical geared limited slip differential (the kind Honda uses). Free spinning one wheel (not in gear) will cause the opposite wheel to rotate in the opposite direction. Please search for more details as this has been covered many times in the past.
