Default Pulling off vafc

I Know the title is spelled wrong i notice too late. now to the Question.

hey guys. my current setup is on a vafc and i will be getting it tuned soon and i have to take it off. right now its basically a stock gsr motor with bolt ons. my question is will the car run like stock if i remove the vafc. i have a p30 ecu. heres my setup.

9.7-1 comp
gsr cams
tri y header
blox mani
2.5 exhaust
cam gears are currently set to exhaust 0 intake + 2
should i set the intake back to 0 if i do set it back do i have to redo the valve lash clearances for the intake.

thanks for any help
