Default Pulling out spark plugs?

Trying to pull out my mom's spark plugs on 00 LX but i'm not having luck. So i tried my sister's 99 Ex and still no luck.

I'm using same tools i used to get my spark plugs out in a GSR.

Any tips?

EDIT: just noticed that rubber piece on the socket isn't there. I think i found my problem. Time to go hunt it down. I hope it isn't in my gsr.
