Proper Brake Bleeding Directions
I'm just about to install the fastbrakes 11" fronts on my rex...i also got stainless steel brakelines (i will only do the front for now...back will get the new lines later)
i have my helms and it isn't all that descriptive
basically i:
loosen the bleedbolt on the old calipers and let the fluid drain (i have a hose with the catch can)
remove the old calipers
remove the old brakelines
install new brakelines (use new clips)
install new calipers and bolt it all up
bleeding:
the manual says do not mix different brake fluids...i don't know what is currently in my car now anyway...i got some wagners fluid that was recommended by the autostore...i'm just going to add it (put in master cylinder)
i also have the speed bleeders and i'll be doing this alone so i hope they work

I will be doing this install on my GSR soon as well. You left a bunch of stuff out though. What about the part where you bolt up the larger 11" rotors. And you do know that you will have to machine some material off of the new larger calipers' brackets to get them to fit over the larger rotors, dont you? And which front calipers did you get(Accord wagon, 92-96 Prelude VTEC, Teg Type-R, or 98+ Accord V6)? It is not a DIRECT bolt on, it does require a little bit of trial and error to get the fitment right, but it is not that difficult. Get a manual, a Honda or Helms(even a Haynes one isn' that bad), to step you throught the unbolting and bolting back up, as well as bleeding, process of the brakes. If you have any more questions, then check emial Brian at fastbrakes.com for more info, he's a good guy and will help you out.
Oh and most this info is in regards to the 'SpecR' upgrade for 94+ Integra's, I am not sure if there are the same fitment issues for a different car, I see know that this is for you CRX so I am not sure about that, sorry, anyways, just check with Brian to be sure, and the manual is a good idea to have anyways.

actually the gsr/ls/gs/rs and civic ex came with 11" front brakes...there is no fitment issue in the 4g civics / 2g crxs (have to use at least a 15" wheels) using the fastbrakes adaptor kit (i talked to brian when i bought them)
the lude vtec, accord wagon, and itr use 12.1" rotors and calipers and that becomes a problem in these cars
i've got both the helms and a chiltons/haynes manual...i've just never done this before
