Default progress vs sprint.

So my question is what'sa good lowering spring?
I've had Progres on my last Honda and LOVED the ride. I have an Integra sedan now that I want to lower, I wand it to be pretty low yet still somewhat practical so I can still have people ride in the back. I am not gonan dump it like my last car (had a 3.5" drop). SO i was looknig at PRogress 2.3" drop. Is there anything else that's a good spring for the $$ or is progress going ot be one of the top choices?
thanks for any suggestions.

i thought about that but they don't go low enough and they're kinda expensive. I also hear that the ride is a little soft, i want a little stiffer of a ride. I mean i did have great experince with my progress that i had on my last Honda so i think I may go with them again. I jsut thought i'd hear what otehrs ahd to say first to get some more opinions.

Go with the Progress springs again, the ride is nice and it's not slammed.
