Default program for b20

What program would you guys reccomend for this setup...b20, b16a2 head w/ctr cams and ctr valve train, micropolished and balanced crank, crower econorods, arias 11.0:1 pistons, standard bore, with gsr tranny....im looking for a good vtec engagement and a safe revlimiter for this...thanks for the bandwidth
