Default procedure for prepping b16 head for b20/vtec

Ok, im bored off my *** so i am going over all this stuff for my b20/vtec.
ive gone through c-speed's ls and crvtec buildup and i have a couple quesitons still.
first, is this correct
I need to overbore 2 dowel holes to 14mm right?, wich ones?
do i need to do anything to the headgasket?
I understand the rest about plugging the oil hole and tapping for the other one.
Thanks

the dowel pins on the ls head are the exact opposite of the vtec head, i believe the ls head pins are on the intake side each end of block, need to be moved to the exhaust side each end of teh block. good luck, i have ls/vtec looking for b20, got and leads?
