Hey guys,my friend has a 98civic with B16 inside, using a 2000 si cluster every thing else works exept when he got the car the speedometer did not work I checked the VSS voltage, getting voltage in the 0 to 5 volt range, installed a acluster from a 96 A/T civic when I turned on the car the speedometer went to 20mph and just stayed there whether driving or not, I switched the circuit board at the back of the Si speedomiter, with the one on the 96 civic A/T and no change, any suggestions I do not know what else to try.
