now you go back to basics again. Unplug the tps sensor. with the ignition in the on position make sure you get 5 volts. Then while the car is off do a voltage drop from the ground pin on the tps sensor plug and ground. If they both turn out good then replace the tps sensor. Just because its new doesnt mean it cant be bad.
