Default problems with cluster guage

I have a 92 civic HB with an LS motor....my car was recently hit in the front right corner...knocking out my corner lamp...i went to use my right turn signal and as soon as i did my whole cluster guage went out and i have no turn signals all the way around. I have searched everywhere for the fuses for the cluster and turn signals but still no luck. Fuse box under the hood has no fuses for them nor does the box under the console. does anyone have any suggestions...please help...thanks!!!!

You know where the fuse panel inside the car is right? On the back of the little door for it, there should be a diagram showing what fuse operates what function. The one you want is (i think) instrument cluster, tail lights, turn signals.

Make sure that one of the wires from the accident area isn't accidentally grounding out somewhere. This could cause certain things to stop operating without blowing a fuse.

I'm just guessing here, but isn't there a relay on the inner fender.
I can't remember what it's for though. Headlights? Flashers? Got a helms?
