ok so here is what i got. maybe some of u can help me out. 95 ls block with type R internals, (type r crank, rods, and p30 pistons) Gsr head with ctr cams. the bottom end was just rebuilt. and it has never ran before. so me and my friends swapped everything in, seems like all the wiring is fine. but the car will crank over the rpms go to bout 1k then just drop and it dies out. doesnt last for even a second, i checkd for spark, its ok, checked for fuel, everything is fine there, tried changing my injectors, and it seems like when ever i pull out the spark plugs they are covered in black sut. these are brand new spark plugs, i clean them up and then turn on car and it will rev up to maybe 2k then die down, last a little longer but not much. so im thinking maybe its running too rich? can someone help me? btw ecu is chipped p28.
