problem with ARP flywheel bolts
i was wondering if anyone has purchased them and had problems. i bought a set for my d16z6 build. went to install them and they bottomed out before they held the flywheel tight. the flywheel still wobbled around. so i pulled all 6 back out right away and put the oem ones back in.
i made a thread a while ago making sure i got the correct package bc the sticker said for non-vtech(spelled incorrectly) 1.6-1.8 sohc engines. and for the trq spec(didnt see the little white paper behind the bolts lol). one other person said they had the same problem along with thier friend. figured id post here to get more insite to this.

Re: problem with ARP flywheel bolts
I used arp bolts 3 or 4 time for flywheels (72 nova 350, 91 silverado 350, 2000 s10 zr2 350, and something else, but i cant remember) I've never had any issues. My buddy owns 3 monster trucks running ford 460 big blocks and he sponsored by arp, never had a single issue. I realize it doesn't relate to greatly to your thread, but i just figured i would say mistakes happen... maybe you and the other 2 people in the world that have had this problem got miss packaged goods, call arp and tell them about the problem, they'll probably send you the right set, they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'm sure you guys can work something out.

Re: problem with ARP flywheel bolts
Just got off the phone. She said that in some of the honda applications it needs a washer (same ones that the headstuds use I think). She said the part number was 200-8710(if I remember correctly). Would be awesome if they said that in the instructions.
