posting this for a friend.
he just bought a 98 four door civic but didnt find out about the funky window problem until after he paid.. impulse buy lol. he knew he had a lot of work to do but didnt think the windows would be an issue.

soo here's the issue:
front passenger window wont roll up or down when button is pressed on either the passenger door or driver's door. WILL roll up and down when back passenger window button is pressed! so both front and back passenger side windows roll up or down with that button. funky.

drivers side window is fine.

back drivers side window will only go up or down when the front drivers side door is close but can only be controlled by back door NOT by drivers button.

suggestions for a fix or what he should do?
