Default power problem, 2k revlimit, and no light on s200b???

I can't finish tuning until I get this figured out. Any help would be appreciated to no end.
Here's the deal, for no real reason, at no particular time my power will go crazy, throughout the entire car, the s200b light goes off the instant it happened, it has happened twice now. It feels like it may even be misfiring...I am unsure.
The car will NOT go past 2k and sounds like **** when it is like this and the cel and at least one relay constantly blinks or clicks for a few seconds and then it stalls out if i let off.
I have my battery relocated to the rear and Rollo thought it might just be my power cable getting loose or pinched somewhere. I checked it as best i could and it seems like my problem may be in the ground wire, or I have no idea. That is my next attempt.
I cannot really replicate the problem. PLEASE HELP! If you need any info that I did not give please ask!
Thanks
Dave

fixed the electrical problem, the positive cable was grounding out on the chasis.
boosted a few times, then bam, 4k rev limit again, but this time nothign else was wrong?

What would cause me a 4k rev limit? I have an msd sci-l with a 6k pill.
Should i check rotor? bad distributor?

Only happens once car is good and warmed up and run a little bit. Then it cuts at roughly 4k ish. Igniter maybe? i dont know

bump i cannot get my low rpm maps tuned until this is solved, and i am clueless!
pos cable is now reran and i still have the 4k limit ONLY SOMETIMES.

Im thinking either rotor or distibutor starting to go?? I wish i knew more about my ignition system and what the symptoms were. I searched for god knows how long but i still cant quite pinpoint this!

what cable did you rerun?? did the 4k rev limit hit all the time before you reran the cable or did it always just do it sometimes?

When you installed the O2 sensor did you touch the probe end? B/c if you do it can cause the ECU to mis-read oxygen levels or something.
