Default possible bad crank

I have a spun bearing, took off the rod and what is left of the bearing is paper thin. The rod definetly needs replaced due to significant wear and the crank is scratched really bad. Is it possible to machine the crank and if so how can I tell if it can be repaired?

the best bet is to take it to a machine shop and have them look at it. you can do it yourself if you have the specs. and tolerances for that crank, and you'll need a micrometer
