I have a '96 GS-R and I've been thinking about installing an MSD ignition control unit, a blaster2 external coil and a new distributor cap to go with it. I've heard that this will smooth out (and possibly improve) the torque curve at lower end RPM. Has anyone installed one of these units before? Where did you mount the control unit? Anything I should know before buying it?
