Default Advice On Changing Brakes?

I need to replace the front rotors/pads and rear drums/shoes in my '98 Civic EX... The car has 119K on it, and I'm sure I'm going to have rusted/stuck parts... Any advice on doing this, other than getting some PB Blaster? I'm especially worried about the 2 phillips screws that hold the rotor on... All I should need is a screwdriver of appropriate size and I should be all set, right?

The screws are much easier to deal with if you get a #3 phillips screw bit, a socket for the bit to fit into, & a ratchet to turn the socket.

you need an impact driver for the screws on the rotor
(a screw driver where you hit the end with a hammer and it turns the screw)
