MSD SCI Ignition control w/ rev control ?

YOur thoughts , view, experience with it.. im lookin into buyin it. im still researching for some good 2 step with rev control to help me launch of the line.
is there other options out there thats good for a budget project? thanks...

its identical to the MSD 6a-L but it comes in a silver box instead of red
