thats exactly what i was getting at, unless you were going turbo and had a tight budget then leave the gs-r pistons...but you're obviously not, so get some jdm itr pistons or ctr pistons and you'll be cool.

yea right i seen a few around my area (SoCal) go for 400 shipped and there 99-00 year. just be patient with your build, with time comes less spending.
