PLEASE HELP unresponsive and no power
1993 Acura Vigor GS 5 speed manual.
Bought it after it sat for 5 years. 222K miles. Here is a video of it running once I got a battery for it.
I've since:
Dry compression test is 185-195psi between all cylinders without leaks. 206psi is factory.
New NGK Iridium plugs are blackened. They did help performance over the other plugs when first installed, but has since lost the improvement.
New O2 sensor.
Fuel additive and Sea Foam helped.
New plug wires, cap and rotor. Blue spark at each plug.
Checked timing with a timing light and showed it being "on point".
93 octane fuel
I have new TPS, IAT, MAP, IACV, and under-hood fuel filter(?)regulator waiting to be installed. Likely will do tomorrow.
Codes I pulled:
1 Long, 1 short flash = Code 11 = non existent/ logged code for OBD1 Honda/ Acura pre 1996. ??? It only sowed up once.
1 Long, 0 short flash = Code 10 = IAT (Intake Air Temp)
What I've noticed is during a cold start, or start up after sitting for a few days, is it starts and revs up automatically as normal but then falls to about 200rpms or so and either dies or remains there. A light tap of the throttle will raise them quickly to 1000rpm or so and it will stumble around there. Not a rising and lowering idle but just a shitty one. Sounds like a tractor.
After a few minutes everything will smooth out and be perfect until you touch the throttle. Barely press it or floor it and the engine rpms fall and slowly will rise but won't rise but so far.
Tap the throttle relatively quickly without pressing more than half way and the engine will smoothly rev with your quick taps, but hold it open steady and the engine stumbles and falls and slowly pics up. While it's slowly picking up if you let off the rpms will jump up automatically as the throttle plate closes. Vacuum? TPS?
In the video "why" below I demonstrate somewhat what I'm describing. The video followed after, "Why 2", shows the next curve ball to my issue: instant throttle response but not perfect and power is still lacking.
I noticed that even though the engine stumbles and rpms drop with a steady open throttle if you hold it long enough, the engine will "magically" catch up to you and respond to you. At the engine of the "Why" video you'll see. Once that has been done you get better initial throttle response as showed in "why 2".
If anyone has dealt with this before please help me out. I'm not a mechanic but I've done all the tests I can do without a garage and super nice tools. I'm at the "throw parts at it" frustrated stage.

Why 2:
I will like to point out that I bought the car for $400 without hearing it crank over. Since my ownership from March I have been able to drive it a few miles, but it struggled. That was with the sea foam, fuel and injector treatment and new spark plugs.
After TPS, IAT, MAP, IACV, fuel filter with no improvement I'll check for a clogged cat, new set of plugs again, and mechanical timing (jumped teeth maybe) but if you guy have any tips let me know!!

This may just come down to dirty gas after sitting for that long. I would replace the fuel filter and drain the old gas out. You could even dump some IsoHeet in the tank to try to remove any water.
I agree with the above, drain the fuel tank, fill with new gas add moisture remover, flush out the fuel line, replace fuel filter.
You said "plugs are blackened." indicating your running rich, have you checked the ECT sensor? 94
