Icon3 93 dx auto bogging issue

Hey guys so my gfs car randomly started bogging while driving on the highway and will not go any faster than 30-40km. With no cel. So I started by replacing the dizzy cap and rotor, spark plugs, plug wires and no improvement. Then I checked the timing, compression and all was good. It then threw a cel, code 43, fuel supply system. I then replaced the fuel filter, and swapped in a brand new spare fuel pump I had at home. No difference. No more code 43 though. But now a code 16. Fuel injection system. So I put in a spare set of obd1 injectors out of my buddies running b16. No difference and now no more codes. I also tried plugging in a spare p30 ECU I have, although the car is a auto I presumed it'd still run. It made no difference and threw a code for Vtec. Obviously because the car is non Vtec. I've tried a spare tps, o2 sensor, 3 different map sensors, and reset the ECU after everything I've changed, by unhooking the ground for 5-10 mins. The car idles perfectly fine when cold, even in neutral, cold or warm if you try revving the car it starts to bog and sometimes stalls when warm. Also when it's warm it idles kinda rough and low. I've checked the base timing to see if maybe it skipped out of timing but it's good. Finally it sounds like a constant hissing sound coming from either under the car or near the firewall. The hissing doesn't fluctuate with rpms though and it's not leaking fuel or anything. Anyone have any idea what is wrong with this thing? It's a 93 dx automatic eg hatch. With no catalytic converter. I gotta fix this so she can stop driving my truck to work haha. Thanks for any help!

And I have checked vaccum lines to see for leaks. Could it possibly be the fuel pressure regulator?

Fuel system CEL? Sounds like you rounded it down. Maybe somethings impeding the flow of fuel to your injectors? I have never had a pressure regulator go bad on any Honda i've owned but if you have a spare one it wouldn't hurt to swap it out. I would suggest buying a multi-meter, it saved me a ton of time and money.

It has spark. And almost all the parts have been spares or cheap parts

What color is the spark?
Locate the source of the hissing noise. Don't guess.

because aside from the cel, your symptoms sound similar to a failing/failed distributor
