Default please help... please have pity

Hello everyone.

I have a 1997 civic DX and this weekend i put a LS Vtec Turbo in it. Im using a chipped p28 from phearable wtih a jumper harness. The car wont idle. I got the AIC and changed the plug from the civic plug to the one that was on the teg. and used 2 of the 3 wires... i discarded the orange wire. i found a writeup which wires to use and im pretty sure they are correct.

i heard from a friend i might need to move one of the wires im using, over a pin on the ECU

has anyone had any experience with that? any ideas why i might not be idling?

Im From RI. If someone around here tunes and could get my car going i will be willing to compensate you. please help...

first swap and need advice. thanks!

it could be..usually your car wouldnt die even if the IACV wasnt plugged just wouldnt idle right. check to see if you hear vacuum leaks. is there any CEL?
