Default Please help! leaking oil and idle problem

i have a 95 integra SE with a b18b motor, there's a oil leak coming from the Circle plastic on the head next to the distributor its a small leak though, is there anyway i can stop the leak like seal it with something? or does that leak mean something?
there's a picture of where its coming from.....

here my other problem when i first got this car the car was idling at 4500rpm at start and begins to progress downwards as the motor gets warm to like 3000rpm to 3500 rpm, well i was reading some forums and found out that Integra has this problem, well first off they told me to clean the FITV aka Fast Idle Thermo Valve and Throttle and i clean it as good as i can and that drop the RPM down to 1900 to 2000rpm, well even though the car is warm up the rpm still stays the same, well then i tried cleaning the IAC as good as i can and that didn't do a damn thing!!, i haven't tried cleaning the manifold yet but i don't think it would have made a differences, i think it something else because i have the the throttle complete screw shut and its still sitting at 1900rpm and 2000rpm wtf? at this point I'm totally confused to what to do next i need your help to finding this problem can it be a sensor? since i just got this car i havent tried putting in new sensors

Not sure on the idle problem, but get a billet cam seal/plug from Blox, Skunk2 etc, valve cover gasket and some Hondabond. The OEM plug will break down and start leaking again eventually.
