Default Bad iddle problem

Have a serious problem here. I have a B16B IM.
At first during the morning after some warm-up i drive the car and whenever i go in neutral the rpm will drop and the car would die.
Only when it goes up to normal operating temp will it not die.BUT the will still drop very low, bout 500rpm.And it will always jump up to about 1300rpm for a few seconds and then go back down again.
I thought it was the iddle valve (the one located at the back of the IM facing the firewal).

Changed to a brand new one this morning and still the problem occurs! Although it would not die down but i can make the car iddle correct, still drops to very low rpm, still jumps up to 1300 or so rpm for a few secs.
Do i have a leak?
What should i do?

have you mess with the idle yet? no then don't! try to clean out the tb, iavc, and fitv with some throttle body cleanner.

why can't he mess with the idle? It's not rocket science. Unplug the IACV and make sure your idle is aroun 650 rpm.
