Hi I recently bought a 95 acura integra gsr with a d16z6 motor in it. When I start it when it's cold out seems to idle okay until after a couple minutes. Then the rpms drop to about 300 then spike to about 1200. And it does this every time I stop at a red light or just let it idle. It continuously does it. Im not sure what to replace to make it run right again.

 

Search for "Idle Surge". Its a common problem with older Honda engines.
