Default please help with coolant/water hoses route

sup peeps, i'm having trouble figuring out where B, C, and D goes, i know A and E go together. i've cross reference my civic and integra helm manuals but that just confuses me even more. i have a b18c1 block with b16a2 head with a blox intake manifold, if that helps. thanks

B should go to the FITV; C comes from the FITV; not to sure where D goes.

a goes to e, b goes to the fitv (if not equip with one it would go to the back of the throttle body). you can block off either c or d because one of them should go to the front of the throttle body. c looks like it from the IM right??

yah C is from IM, 99-00 B16a2 IMs have them too. also my throttle body doesn't have an inlet or outlet for C or D. on helm manuals it does show that stock throttle bodies have them, but i'm using a RPM Service throttle body.

thanks for the help guys. btw i have no idea what FITV is. haha i'm nub

EDIT: also i have no inlet or outlet for B....
