My friend has a EG with a D15b2 (non vtec) and we are currently in the process of putting a B16A into it, i swapped the D15 loom for the SIR loom with no problems, with the exeption of the MAP sensor plug, the D15 loom had 3 wires going to a 3 pin plug, where the SIR loom has a smaller 2 pin plug with two wires, as the socket is 3 pin we are going to have to re-pin the 3 pin D15 plug onto the SIR loom to plug the map senor in.
Iv consulted my workshop manual and as far as the D15 loom is concerned the wires from this plug go to ECU pins D17, D19, D21.

Anybody have any idea which pins the 2 wires from the SIR loom go to?
