I'm trying to put my car back together. I did a head gasket on my B16a and I got the cams in and torqued down the holders and it seems like the intake cam is binding because I put a rachet on the bolt on the cam gear and I was trying to spin it to line it back up so I could put the timing belt back on and it doesn't want to budge. The exhaust cam spins pretty freely but the intake cam does not want to budge. What could I have done wrong? I don't want to screw anything up so some advice would be very helpful. Thanks.
