Not sure how it happened but what do I do? I would like to not have to pull the head. Motors out of the car but would rather not pull the head.

Is this chunk gonne cause me problems? It does have raised portions.

Is that a camshaft journal?

Deburr it so its smooth, and you should be fine.

 

Yes its the intake side fo the car jounral.
